The Lochsa is a completely free-flowing, wild and scenic river that bounces down a steep granite canyon surrounded by a lush cedar and fir forest. With over 40 rapids in our 21 mile "day run", many of them class IV, every trip down the river is an exciting challenge. Our fully licensed and certified expert guides will lead your paddle boat down the river… When you hear your guide shout, "paddle forward!" you know that all the excitement and beauty of the Lochsa River is waiting just a few paddle strokes downstream.
